This testimony from Luke, the gospel writer, has disturbed the hearts of many people throughout the ages, whether they are Christians or non-Christians.


Living in God’s creation, we take advantage of many rooms with our own power or by the grace of God through the hands of someone else. This statement is what we ought to think seriously. We don’t have any room to think of others. Really?

 Seasonal Greetings - "There is NO room in the Inn. Really?"

There was NO ROOM in the inn. (Luke 2:7) Really?
















I think that we should be disturbed this week voluntarily by the statement.


And… make room in our hearts available for the powerless in our midst

- a room for understanding,

a room for forgiveness,

a room for reconciliation,

a room for generosity,

a room for the homeless, and

a room for the greatest gift of all – Jesus Christ, who didn’t have a home.


Jesus replied, "Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests,

but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head."  Luke 9:58
